Spoiled by Technology, Part II
This semester I'm teaching a couple of courses at a community college. One of the courses is finite math, which happens to have more than its fair share of using augmented matrices to solve systems of linear equations. Guess who is not fond of using the Gauss-Jordan method to row-reduce a matrix. Thank God, the TI-89 saves me from the tedium of having to solve those things.
